Bangajiya Williams Goodyear is a Measurement and Monitoring Associate with TaRL Africa in Nigeria, based in Kaduna. In this role, he works with the Kaduna State Government to design effective, feasible, and scaleable robust monitoring and measurement systems thereby integrating them into existing structures. He also provides technical support to the Kaduna state educational sector officials (SUBEB, QA, MoE, Bureau of Statistics, AML, etc.) toward system strengthening through capacity building and mentorship to understand and respond to data for better decision-making toward improving learning outcomes.
