Jean-Philippe Ahoua is Program coordinator within the Côte d’Ivoire team of TaRL Africa. He works in collaboration with the central team of TaRL Africa and the Ministry of National Education, Technical Education and Vocational Training of Côte d’Ivoire in the implementation of the Targeted Education Program (PEC) in the north of the country.
Carla Campos is TaRL Africa’s Program Coordinator for Côte d’Ivoire. She supports the Ministry of education and local authorities on strengthening implementation in the country and scaling up the program to all regions. Naaman Ochieng is a Programmes Coordinator on TaRL Africa’s central team. He supports teams and partners across different countries to strengthen implementation and strategic planning for improvement of programme growth. Naaman also supports communication, training workshops, learning and innovation lesson sharing as well as coordination of regional outreach, fundraising, and donor management.
