Nicodemus Mwanzia is a training and mentoring fellow at TaRL Africa. In this role he supports the implementation of the learning labs by offering training and mentoring services to the instructors ,community volunteers and government teachers. He also helps in creating and preparing the TaRLs teaching and learning materials and conducting of the community learning.

Janeffer Mumo is a training and Mentoring Fellow. She is pivotal for numeracy and literacy instruction, mentoring and content development at TaRL Africa. Janeffer builds the capacities of instructors ,government staff and partner organisations to adapt and implement TaRL numeracy and literacy programmes across several counties in Kenya, while reviewing programme implementation.
