Vincent Dally is a Maths Associate at TaRL Africa in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. He has 29 years of experience in teachers’ training with a specialty in designing textbooks and training modules in mathematics in primary education and in teacher training centers. He was the first national coordinator of the PEC in Côte d’Ivoire after training in India with Usha Rane and Meera Tendolkar. He will work with the government of Côte d’Ivoire and the PEC National Coordination to improve learning outcomes for elementary school learners in the country. He will assist teachers and mentors in delivering effective mathematics education through PEC methods and strategies, including support for lesson planning and the production of useful and appropriate teaching-learning resources for each level.
